This Privacy Policy explains how Flippa Team (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Flippa application and related services (the “Service”).
Age notice (17+): The Service is intended for people aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Photos and faces
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create biometric profiles.
- We do not use your photos or content for training public or third-party AI models.
- We do not use your photos or content for marketing profiling.
- By default, photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload/sync or request server processing.
3) How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, core features)
- Personalize your experience (preferences, timeline organization)
- Improve performance, reliability, and features
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention
- Customer support and communications
- Legal compliance and enforcement of our terms
We do not sell your personal information.
4) Optional AI-assisted features (if available)
Flippa may offer optional features that use automated processing (sometimes described as “AI”) to help you generate or enhance content (for example, summarizing notes or creating structured insights from selected text or photos).
- Your selected text and/or images may be uploaded to Flippa Team’s servers for processing.
- Processing occurs on servers under our control. We do not share your uploaded text/images with any third party for these features.
- We do not use uploaded text/images for training third-party or public AI models, and we do not use them for marketing.
- After processing completes, input data is deleted from our processing systems as soon as reasonably possible (typically immediately after generation), except for limited security logging or delivery needs.
- You control whether to upload and generate content; these features are optional.
6) International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
7) Data security

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Data retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless legal/security retention is required)
- Usage analytics: generally retained up to 12 months
- Support records: generally retained up to 6 months
9) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or withdraw consent.
